Past Performance

Program Management Support

ARMA provides administrative services to the General Services Administration’s Deputy Associate Administrator (DAA) of the Office of Transportation and Personal Property. ARMA personnel are responsible for conducting surveys, executing Individual Development Plan reports, conducting research for six divisions under the DAA and developing presentations and out briefing materials. ARMA also prepares confidential financial disclosure forms, elicits statistical and narrative information, and has total oversight of the DAA’s calendar and travel.

ARMA provides the Air Force Research Laboratory, Rome Air Force Base, New York,  professional and technical engineering expertise in the areas of Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence (C41), Global Awareness, Dynamic Planning and Execution, and Global Information Enterprises. ARMA collaborates with other government agencies, universities, and private sector organizations to provide focus and oversight on the development of technologies, transition of new programs, leadership, and technical expertise.  ARMA serves as a liaison to various entities to enhance mission research, effectiveness, and reviews. 

Facilities Management Support

ARMA manages and operates the Department of Transportation Volpe Center’s on-site transportation research library. ARMA employees provide technical research, reference services, document mining/warehousing/delivery, and support of the Volpe Center functions and projects. ARMA maintains the library which contains several special collections, databases, reports, publications, transportation statistics, and Government documentation and standards. ARMA also provides administrative support and services essential to the overall contract and project performance. These functions include property management, employee processing, shipping and receiving, as well as acquisition of library supplies.

ARMA personnel provide around the clock support to the Volpe Center’s Office of Hazardous Materials Safety (OHMS) Registration Program.  ARMA operates the registration department to include internet, mail and telephone registration, and expedited registrations. The staff processes credit card payments, maintains databases and telephone logs, performs data entry, scanning and imaging systems, produces certifications, and oversees their delivery. The staff responds to telephone inquiries and resolves discrepancies pertaining to registration information. 

ARMA personnel operate the Department of Commerce’s HCHB Office of Security Customer Service Center, providing services such as issuing badges, escorting visitors, access card programming, fingerprinting, and visa/passport photographs.  ARMA personnel maintain computer databases of biographical and security data and the tracking of badges, keys and other security related items. ARMA personnel also verify visitor requests and ensure that all security regulations are adhered too.

ARMA provides a full range of operational and technical personnel including engineers, web site designers, photographers, librarians, and administrative support to the AIR Force Research Laboratory/ IFOLM. ARMA manages and operates the base’s library, the full-service recreation center, the state-of-the-art mail center, and a full service photography laboratory. ARMA provides inventory control for all government property and orders replacement equipment when necessary.  ARMA’s personnel initiates and tracks service calls using state-of-the-art Automated Data Processing Equipment. 

Telecommunications Services

As a subcontractor to Verizon Federal on the Department of Treasury’s DTS2 contract, ARMA staff is responsible for all telecommunication wiring needs to include LAN wiring, fiber installation, wire identification, and wire testing and removal. ARMA technicians and engineers are in charge of moving lines, adding lines, changes (MACs), disconnects of DTS devices, horizontal wiring (including new jacks), and installation of other station equipment in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. 

ARMA provides technical support services that aid in the Treasury Renovation and Restoration (TBARR) project and related wire renovation of the Main Treasury Building. This process includes the identification of existing wire, wire installation, and testing and removal of all non-functioning lines. ARMA is also responsible for moves, adds, changes (MACs) and disconnects of the DTS telephones at the main Treasury building.  The relocation, removal and addition of station telecommunications equipment are also a part of ARMA’s specified duties. ARMA provides complete documentation of the equipment configuration, physical layout and routing of interconnects.
