ARMA’s staffing plan is created to make sure that we are able to rapidly ramp up services when required following the award of a contract. The hiring process at ARMA begins with our Resource Allocation Board, which discusses our staffing needs based on the particular projects at hand and compares the qualifications of candidates that we have for various positions.
